What: A bike ride, with two groups (easy and hard)
Why: Why not? Annapolis has some great open roads nearby, and biking is pretty popular with the 505 group these days.
What should I pack in my car / container if I'm going to borrow a bike
Bike shoes (sneakers if you don't have them)
Pedals
Helmet
Riding clothes (might want to bring some warmer stuff if it's cold)
Water bottles
Where to find more information & chat about the route and borrowing a bike from a local sailor: Chat board on the USA 505 site
Available bikes to borrow & their owners:
Cannondale Capo 'fixie' 58cm (I can turn the wheel around to make it a single speed rather than a fixie, so safer for someone who had not ridden a fixie) (Meller)
Trek 1220 (upgraded drivetrain) 58cm (Meller)
Mid '70s Fuji with upgrades 56cm (Meller)
Steelman Stagerace, Custom made on the West Coast! TIG Deddacci steel.

Wheelsmith wheels. 54.5x56.5 cm c-c (Falsone)
Custom Paisley, lugged 753, Ultegra 7 spd downtubes, 54x56. Beat up
but plenty rideable. (Falsone)
